I am a long time lifter and a student at Seminole State and UCF who was bitten by the Iron Bug in the late 1960s and is planning on entering some Strongman/O-Lifting/Powerlifting  in the future, as a masters competitor, for fun and to stay motivated.

Also, I was widowed in 2005 after almost 25 years of marriage and was in a very dark place for a long time but the Sun is starting to shine again .. finally!
